摘要：Aqueous polymer dispersions containing a maximum of 22% by weight oforganic solvents and containing from 30 to 60% by weight of dispersed polymers, thesepolymers being composed of from 20 to 80% by weight of chlorinated polymers andfrom 80 to 20% by weight of nonchlorinated polymers, are prepared by first preparing awater-in-oil emulsion of an organic solution of the chlorinated polymer and subsequentlycombining this, by mixing, with an aqueous dispersion of the chlorine-free polymer to givean oil-in-water dispersion, and are used, in particular in blends with aqueous bitumenemulsions, for the production of coating compositions for substrates of any desired type.
